汽车项目质量工程师

1) Lead quality control for product-related designs/materials/processes.
1)负责产品相关设计/材料/工艺的质量控制。
2) Performance verification, testing and process confirmation in the development process, design review and optimization with team.
2)开发过程中的性能验证、测试和工艺确认，与团队一起进行设计评审和优化。
3) Cooperate with new product DOE and Trial Run to provide detection data and track reliability verification.
3)配合新产品DOE和试运转提供检测数据，跟踪可靠性验证。
4) Handled customer feedback and complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
4)处理客户反馈和投诉，提高客户满意度。
5) Track product quality problems, and push the implementation of corrective and preventive countmeasures.
5)跟踪产品质量问题，并推动纠正预防措施的实施。
6) Carry out quality related data analysis regularly to promote continuous improvement of cross-department team.
6)定期进行质量相关数据分析，促进跨部门团队持续改进。
7) Responsible for department management and staff performance assessment.Conduct PPAP,APQP, FMEA,CP,MSA, SPC application.
7)负责部门管理和员工绩效考核。进行PPAP,APQP, FMEA,CP,MSA, SPC的应用。
8) Involve into the IATF16949 audit,and condut VDA 6.3 VDA6.5 audit.
8)参与IATF16949审核，进行VDA 6.3 VDA6.5审核。
9) Review DFM and customer’s drawings.
9)审核DFM和客户图纸。
10) Release internal inspection standards and reliability test plan as per customer specification.
10)根据客户规范发布内部检验标准和可靠性试验计划。
11 ) Take charge of customer quality audit.
11)负责客户质量审核。
要求：
1) At least 2 years’ working experience of Quality or Engeering role backgroud in automotive supplly-chain,preferred in FPCA or PCBA&FPC enterprise.
1) 2年以上汽车供应链质量或工程岗位工作经验，FPCA或PCBA&FPC企业优先。
2) Familiar with PPAP,APQP, FMEA,CP,MSA, SPC application.
2)熟悉PPAP,APQP, FMEA,CP,MSA, SPC的应用。
3) Familiar with IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 audit.
3)熟悉IATF16949和VDA 6.3审核。
4) Bachelor degree or above.
4)本科及以上学历。
5) Good English oral and written ability,can independently commuication with customer bu English.
5)良好的英语听说读写能力，能独立与客户进行英语沟通。
6) at least 3 year 's experience of written 8D report, preferred to experience of 5why & fish-borne analysis.
6) 3年以上8D报告撰写经验，有5why和鱼源分析经验者优先。
7) Be able to work under pressure,can accept overtime work if needed.
7)能够承受工作压力，如有需要可以接受加班。
8) prefer the person having the internal audit cerification of ISO9001 & IATF16949.
8)具有ISO9001 & IATF16949内审认证资格者优先。
