职位描述
Job responsibilities:
1. Market Insight: Track industry trends and obtain the latest market information, provide market research report, including market trend research, target customers, competitions, market forecasting, industry standards, etc.
2. Product Development: Collect and analyze market information and work with R&D on product planning and development.
3. Product Toolkit: Develop product marketing toolkits, such as product manuals, product PPTs, engineering manuals, and other technical materials.
4. Project Support: Follow up on specific projects in the US markets, propose solutions, (remote) installation supervision, product debugging, issue analysis, etc.
5. Technical Support: Provide technical support to sales, including answering customer technical questions, guiding customer needs with technical expertise, and providing product knowledge and training sessions for customers.
6. Other work assignments according to business needs.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronic or other science and engineering is preferred, with good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
2. 3-5 years of experience in research and development, testing, pre-sales/after-sales technical support, market promotion, and other related work in EV Charger /Energy Storage /Power Quality /Battery Testing /Home Energy industries.
3. Good interpersonal communication skills and can work under certain pressures.
4. Having a strong sense of responsibility, customer service attitude, and teamwork spirit, willing to study and diligent in practice.
