简历筛选通过后，初试是北京talent acquisition电话面试沟通，然后是香港这边的line manager电话面试，然后进行笔试。笔试通过后，各方面匹配度比较高，亚太区总监电话面试，电话中基本确定提供offer，当天talent acquisition表示将发送offer。所以整个流程都比较顺利。个人经验：了解该岗位的内容和要求。结合自己过去工作经验，面试时表现自己的匹配度。同时笔试认真对待。
