岗位职责
参与光刻软件光源掩膜协同优化产品的开发，主要工作为现有功能的维护以及新功能的开发，能从需求出发找到合适的数学工具描述和解决问题，设计算法满足性能和功能的需求，转化为业务代码，通过充分的测试保证代码质量。

岗位要求
计算机科学，数学，电子工程，物理学，光学，及相关专业硕士或博士
良好的数学基础，熟悉波动光学和最优化理论，具有一定的计算机数据结构和算法基础

熟练掌握C/C++ (C++11及以上)编程语言, 对新特性和语法有使用经验优先
熟悉光刻流程，对计算光刻有经验者优先
熟悉Linux环境和常用命令, 具有CMake使用经验优先
有多线程代码开发和分析经验者优先

工作积极主动，有责任心和团队合作精神，沟通能力强，具有良好的独立分析和解决问题的能力, 善于钻研，乐于接受挑战和学习新技术，有一定的抗压能力
