Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Business Development specialist. The role is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with flexibility for some remote work. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust market network and a proven track record of selling e-commerce services and solutions. This role involves strategic planning, market research, client relationship management, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the e-commerce domain.
Utilize market network to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate e-commerce solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new opportunities.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions meet clients’ requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Keep abreast of market trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the e-commerce or related field.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Familiarity with OMS, PIM, WMS, RPA, and BI tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
