助理产品工程师（24届校招非互联网）

Responsibilities:

1. Provide requirements and work closely with Product Development to launch new products
在新产品开发过程中，提出工程需求，并和开发团队合作，最终发布新产品。
2. Planning and performing product testing to ensure product meets all customer specifications
规划产品测试，保证最终产品满足客户需求
3. Develop and execute evaluation plans associated with product/process quality according to industrial requirements
指定产品验证计划，使得产品满足标准的行业需求
4. Develop product release criteria to ensure all products comply with all customer specifications and tolerances
制定产品发布的标准，确保产品满足客户的规格和容限
5. Lead key initiatives to improve product performance
主动引导团队提升产品性能
6. Interface with cross-functional and project team members smoothly and help drive solutions to project-related issues
作为项目开发过程中的枢纽，引导项目舒畅解决开发过程中遇到的各种产品/流程问题
7. Perform investigations for product design-related quality issues and lead corrective actions as pertinent
分析产品开发过程中遇到的设计相关的质量/可靠性问题，引导开发团队及时改进优化。
8. Assist customers in product usage issues
支持/协助客户解决产品使用过程中遇到的问题

Requirements:
1. Master degree or Bachelor degree in Semiconductor or related subject
半导体相关专业的本科学历
2. Have good semiconductor knowledge including process, package & circuitry.
熟悉半导体工艺，封装，电路
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
独立/主动的工作能力
4. Good communication skill and Good written and oral English
良好的英语基础
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task.
主动工作，善于多任务同时推进
6. Creative and ability to solve technical problems based on personal expertise and leveraging of technical resources and networking
有能力利用自己的经验和其他资源解决项目开发中遇到的技术问题
7. Ability to work well in a cross-functional team and cross-site environment
善于引导团队合作，且可以适应团队在多地协同工作。
8. Have product engineering experience in a semiconductor related company is preferred
有实际的半导体相关的工程经验，会优先考虑
