职位描述
岗位职责：
• Achieve pre-set business targets and grow business for the Sub-branch on all WPB products/services and customer acquisition;
• Ensure the delivery of excellent services to customers;
• Ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to the work procedures, Bank's policies and local regulatory requirements and all control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank;
• Contribute to the development of products, delivery channels and marketing strategies for RBWM business;
• Manage the performance and development of staff.
任职要求：
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in retail banking or sales management with at least 5 years’ experience in managing subordinates;
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity;
• Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
• Knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBIRC, SAFE and taxation;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software.
