职位描述
工作内容：
1. 接收订单以及联系代理/同行/航司安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；
2. 跟踪航线运输情况，以及货物状态，及时预报客人，并反馈相应信息；
3.负责系统数据的及时处理更新以及单证文件的整理及归档等；
4.负责客户关系管理，及时处理客户货物运输等问题，并积极提供客制化的解决方案
5.负责结算及单票费用核对，和供应商确认费用信息，确保财务结算顺畅
岗位要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历；国际航运、国际物流相关专业毕业优先；
2、英文基础良好，能熟练运用英语进行邮件往来 ；
3、二年以上同岗位工作经验 ，优秀应届毕业生也可以考虑Junior OPS 岗位
4、有较强的沟通和协调能力，对工作认真负责、耐心、细致、计划性强，办事效率高有条理；
5、有良好的沟通应变能力和团队精神。
