Responsibilities:工作职责
1. Customer incident acknowledgement and resolution according to agreed SLA
按照服务标准，及时响应并解决客户的问题
2. Follow-up on customer incidents: Acknowledgement, Analysis, Escalation,and Resolutoin
跟进客户提出的问题：响应、分析、反馈及解决
3. Review the support incident status with customer
与客户沟通售后问题的进展
4. Solution testing, deployment and documentation
解决方案的测试、部署及归档
5. On call support to customers in case of blocking incidents
紧急问题的及时响应
6. Internal teamwork for monthly reporting
工作月报及内部工作的协调配合

Requirements: 职位要求
1. 1-2 years working experience 1-2年工作经验
2. Diploma in Computer Science /Engineering or equivalent or above
本科以上学历，计算机专业或相关专业
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office
熟练使用Office软件
4. Self-motivated,high team work and responsibility sense, good customer-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure
工作积极主动，有责任心，有良好团队合作精神，良好的工作态度及承受工作压力的能力
5. Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese
良好的中英文读写能力
