工作描述：
1. 参与公司拥的安卓 App应用程序开发和测试；
2. 编写技术文件，规划项目开发进度，与运营和用户界面设计密切沟通，确保开发进度和质量；
3. 根据项目进度和需求变化，参与后端平台API的定义，开发和维护；
4. 能够针对项目开发过程中的问题进行研究分析，为其他团队成员的困难提出见解与指导。
技能要求(至少具备以下三项技能):
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，熟悉算法、数据结构、计算机原理、掌握通用程序设计语言：Java、Objective-C、C、Python等；
2. 具有3年以上Android应用开发经验，具有后台服务器开发经验：JavaJ2SE、施普灵河、Spring Bug，具有服务器操作和维护能力，能处理突发故障或BUG；
3. 有互联网社交App开发经验者优先（优先），有货架上个人应用开发经验者优先。
资质：
1. 3年以上应用程序设计经验，熟悉社交网络/媒体平台开发，具有相关软件设计经验；
2. 自我激励，能够独立、团队高效地工作；
3. 能够主动承担责任，有能力在创业环境中工作。
附加技能：
1. 流利的英文读写能力，能够用英文进行沟通。

2. 3 years of experience in Android application development, with background server development experience: JavaJ2SE, Springer, Spring Bug, with server operation and maintenance capabilities, can handle sudden failures or bugs；
3. Experience in Internet social app development is preferred (priority), and personal application development experience on the shelf is preferred.
QUALIFICATION:
1. 3 years of application design experience, familiar with social network / media platform development, with relevant software design experience;
2. Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams;
3. Ability to take responsibility and be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
ADDITIONAL SKILL:
1. Fluent in English, able to communicate in English.
