职责描述:
1.SAP SuccessFactors项目的管理、业务调研并提供系统解决方案;
2.基于客户要求,通过SuccessFactors实施方法论进行配置,向客户演示迭代配置结果,帮助客户完成UAT测试。
3.基于人力资源业务流程理解和对产品的专业知识,推动合作伙伴协作。
KEY RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS
1.Project management and business blueprinting (business requirements gathering and analysis)of SAP SuccessFactors projects, provide specific solution consulting;
2.SuccessFactors implementation / configuration in demanding customers, demonstrate configuration results in iteration meeting and help the customer complete UAT testing;
Have a good HR processes understanding and functional knowledge of SuccessFactors to support the stakeholders in corresponding activities.
任职要求:
1.掌握SuccessFactors相关模块知识,有证书者优先考虑。
2.具有4年以上SuccessFactors实施和项目管理工作经验;
3.适应经常出差的工作环境,并具有很强的团队合作能力;
4.较强的人际沟通能力、客户关系、团队合作能力;、
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1.Required knowledge in SuccessFactors modules, who has certification priority;
2.4+ years of working experience in SuccessFactors;
3.Ability to business travel frequently and be a strong team player;
4.Strong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skills;
