1对1是基础的，称为behavioral interviews，面试人会参照你的resume来问，基本上是考察你的skills。比如你有internship，他就会问你做了些什么，学到了些什么，有没有什么情况下出了难题，又怎么解决的。如果有参加过什么课外活动，他会问你有没有teamwork experience，leadership experience。这时候你就要把你的经历组成一个完整的故事来讲给他听--起因，经过（主要是你的贡献），结果，证明给他看你有teamwork的理念，有motivation,有communication，最好还有些leadership skill，就完美了。
1对1主要考察这些skills--team work, communication, multi-tasking, analytical, logical, critical thinking, etc. 具体可以search behavioral interviews，一大堆重点问题。
