?Administer employee database and process as well as monitor the payroll system and payroll information.
?Conduct all administrative day-to-day compensation and benefits activities.
?Monitor leaves of absence and assure that mandatory benefits/ insurance coverage are coordinated.
?Handle social security and tax topics for all employees and communicate with respective authorities and external providers.
?Generate, manage and maintain employment contracts, certificates and personnel files.
?Perform leaves and attendance management.
?Assist HR Team in recruitment process with focus on coordination, pre-screening process and administrative tasks.
?Keep forms and database information for the employment process up to date.
?Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees.
?Liaise with others to increase employee satisfaction and morale and advocate for employees’ interests, fairness and consistency.
?Coordinate trainings on HR-related issues and supervisory training.
?Coordinate and conduct the general orientation process for new and transferred employees.
?Train employees on employment topics as needed.
?Organize and arrange HR meetings and other HR activities.
