1对1是基础的,称为behavioral interviews,面试人会参照你的resume来问,基本上是考察你的skills。比如你有internship,他就会问你做了些什么,学到了些什么,有没有什么情况下出了难题,又怎么解决的。如果有参加过什么课外活动,他会问你有没有teamwork experience,leadership experience。这时候你就要把你的经历组成一个完整的故事来讲给他听--起因,经过(主要是你的贡献),结果,证明给他看你有teamwork的理念,有motivation,有communication,最好还有些leadership skill,就完美了。
1对1主要考察这些skills--team work, communication, multi-tasking, analytical, logical, critical thinking, etc. 具体可以search behavioral interviews,一大堆重点问题。

why kpmg? what have you learnt in your internship experience/leadership/training program? have you come across a situation where you and your teammates had different opinions and how did you resolved it? have you ever been in a situation where your customer encoutered difficulties and how did you assist them?
