3. Followup,analyzeandproposeactionplansfortheimplementationofannualHSEplanforallsubsidiariesinplant,andfacilityscore,etc.,analyzeandproposeactionplansforimprovements;
4. MaintainandmonitorEnvironmentalManagementSystem(EMS)forplant;
5. Supportplantplantodoincident/accident/nearmissanalysisandproposeimprovementactionplansandfollowup;
6. SupportfacilitymanagertoobtainthemandatorypermitswhichcouldcontainSPP,IPPetc,andkeepthesepermitsvalid;
7. Collectthenewregulationsandidentifythegaps,sharewiththerelevantdepartment,monitortheimplementationofregulatoryprocessinassignedregion;
8. BeinchargeofcoordinatingtheinterfacebetweenCompanyandlocalauthorities;
