上海MWB互感器有限公司(Trench China MWB(SHANGHAI)CO.,LTD) 是1993年3月由上海电气（集团）总公司所属的上海互感器厂有限公司（前身为上海互感器厂）和德国MWB互感器有限公司合资成立的，当时中方控股占60%股份，外方占40%股份。1994年加拿大Trench（传奇）集团收购了德国MWB互感器有限公司并更名为Trench（传奇）德国公司。2000年中外双方就扩大公司股份达成协议，外方除了Trench（传奇）德国公司还有Trench（传奇）瑞士公司和Trench（传奇）加拿大公司3家外资企业共同出资占公司的65% 股份，中方上海互感器厂有限公司占35%股份。2004年7月西门子公司收购了TRENCH（传奇）集团的股份，公司开始成为西门子公司的控股企业。公司经营范围为设计、生产、制造、销售互感器、套管、CVT、电抗器等各种类型高压输配电产品，并提供售后服务。其中西门子（中国）有限公司占合资公司的65%股份，上海互感器厂有限公司占35%股份。公司的宗旨是通过互惠互利的合作，努力采用世界上先进实用的技术和现代经营管理办法，不断地提高产品质量和开发新产品，确保公司获得满意的经济效益和良好的社会效益。 The Company was founded in 1993 with the joint venture of MWB Co., Ltd. Germany and Shanghai Transformer Co., Ltd. (formerly called Shanghai Transformer Factory), which was affiliated with Shanghai Electric (Group), China party take up 60% of the shareholding and Germany take up the rest. In 1994, MWB Co. Ltd., Germany was purchased by Canada Trench Group, and changed its name to Trench Germany. In July 2004, Siemens AG purchased the shareholding of Trench Group; the Company became a joint venture of Siemens. The scope of the operations of the Company is to design, produce, manufacture and sell PTD high-voltage products such as transformers, bushings, CVT, reactors, and provide after-sales service as well. Hereinto, Siemens Limited China takes up 65% of the Company’s shareholding, and Shanghai Transformer Factory35%.
