Formed in 2012, Momentive Union Specialty Chemical (hereafter: MUSC) is a joint venture of Momentive Specialty Chemicals and Union Petroleum Chemical group, produce phenolic resin and strategically aim to serve the customers through China and other Asia Pacific countries.
