Hangzhou HaiZhu MIM products Co., Ltd was established on 2004, we are located in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province. It is about 140km away from Shanghai Pudong international airport (PVG).
Since 2004, HZMIM apply us to R&D and manufacturing of complex metal parts. We are developing and getting stronger all the time because of the hard work during these years. Now, our factories consist of trading, scientific research and manufacture. Our product line including: tools, medical treatment, hardware, electronic appliance, automobile parts, consumer products, spinning parts and so on. Over 95% of our products are exported to German, United States, Middle East ect.

Metal Injection molding (MIM) is a metal processing technology that converts metallic powder into useful engineering components of various shapes a nd properties. The major advantage of MIM is its ability to make highly complex, high precision parts at a fraction of the cost of competing technologies such as machining and investment casting. It has gained widespread popularity in a wide array of applications from automotive seat belt components, electric contacts, soft magnetic cores, to a variety of structural applications.

1.MIM is a repeatable process for complex components made from high-temperature alloys.
2.MIM parts are near fully dense, which gives excellent mechanical, magnetic, corrosion and hermetic sealing properties, & allows secondary operations like plating, heat treating, & machining to be easily performed.
3.The shrinkage from molded parts to sintered parts is high (14-18%) but isotropic & controllable.
4.Complex shapes are achieved through tooling techniques used in the plastic injection molding industry. High volumes are attained through multi-cavity tooling.
