Clients include design firms, corporate engineering department, global sourcing teams. STRATEGIC SELECTIONS We create and administer strategic RFQ's to reach complex selection decision such as identifying and selecting Asian contract manufacturers, business process outsourcing partners, or product distribution partners. NEW PRODUCTION INTRODUCTION We provide on-the-ground supply chain, quality, and engineering support to identify, assess, select, qualify, and ramp to production material-component suppliers and contract manufacturers in SE Asia. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT We direct cross-functional multiphase projects with a scope that may include a strategic selection and NPI transition, for example, selecting a conract manufacturer and managing transfer of in-house manufacturing. OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE We use lean six sigma methods to correct deficiencies such as inflated inventories & cycle-times, poor yields & efficiencies, abundant rework, benchmarks that lag industry leaders, and operational waste in all its forms.
