Golden Tiger (Shanghai) Trading Limited (the Company) was established in October 2009 to act as an agent for Amiee Lynn of New York, an accessories company founded in 1993 by brothers Michael and Steven Spolansky. Amiee Lynn develops sells and manufactures brand accessories such as scarves, belts, hats, socks and similar products for major brands and department stores. Golden Tiger was set up to oversee production, quality and logistics for product sourced outside of the U.S. Amiee Lynn is now 18 years old and has grown organically through the addition of new product categories (scarves, hats, soft accessories, cold weather accessories, jewelry and handbags) as well as through acquisitions (hosiery and handbags).
