GRT enjoys excellent relationship with the Guangzhou municipal government which has engaged GRT and its principals as exclusive advisors to map out an integrated strategy to attract foreign companies to hire programmers in Guangzhou. We were formed in early 2001 as a private enterprise incorporated under the municipal laws of Guangzhou. We currently has a staff of fifty in two offices working for half a dozen foreign clients on a long-term leasing contract for programming and other back office processing functions. The founder and controlling shareholder of GRTis Mr. Henry Luk， who worked on Wall Street from 1974 to 1996 as a hedge fund manager before retiring to Hong Kong to start entrepreneurial companies， one of which is GRT. Mr. Luk splits his time between Guangzhou and New York City. We value our staffs， we are willing to provide them with promotion and training opportunities so that we can improve together. We've already sent four staffs to the U.S and two to London for intensive training in year 2002， and we are building up a sound relations with the U.S Consulates and the U.K Embassy in Guang Zhou to assist our staffs to get their visas easily and promptly.
