Qualifications
-5+ years work experience with agile development, with scrum master or
similar experience preferred, e.g., Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)
-Past engineer experience is highly desired (preferably in agile setup)
-Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate complex
messages
-Ability to develop and foster teamwork and facilitate team dynamics
-Experience in leading tech firm preferred
Responsibilities
-Orchestrate project delivery process in project delivery team using agile
methodologies
-Strengthen teams understanding of Agile / Scrum concepts and principles
-Ensure scrum practices are used and improved within and across teams
-Drive progress to achieve project target on time in budget
-Help teams resolve blockers
-Ensure information sharing and transparency and push usage of
collaborative tools
