1、管理、统筹海外电动两轮车项目，调研梳理目标市场的产品需求、认证法规要求等，负责从市场调研、产品立项、开发、生产、上市到产品下市的全产品生命周期的项目过程管理。
Manage, coordinate and follow up overseas electric scooter/moped projects. Research and sort out the product demand and certification requirements of target market, etc., And take charge of the project process management of the whole product life cycle from market research, product project approval, development, production, launch to product off-market.
2、项目管理中过程能够独立思考。对内能够协调多部门合作完成项目目标，及时补位，对外能够协作合作伙伴、客户，制定合理的项目目标，达到共赢。

整体面试体验挺好的，笔试是自己出的题，会有一些错别字以及重复，难度以及题型和互联网大厂的笔试题差不多；后续会有群面环节，整体同学的背景都挺好，涉及一些自我经历因素的排序等等，比较注重随机应变的能力；后续还有主管面，涉及一定的压力面内容，后面的ceo面比较简单，hr面最长，
但是整体体验很好，hrvp专业能力很强。
