Responsibilities
Accountable for all product characterization and qualification data, both in completeness and in correctness.
Responsible for the technical content and quality of the product release.
Responsible for proper archiving of char/test data and documentation.
Responsible for Monthly production status and initiate possible cost down plan.
Accountable to execute tasks according planning, find solutions to keep the planning on track.
Negotiate Qual plans with QRE and Guides product qualifications.
Participates in Risk assessment (FMEA).
Participates in problem solving teams (8D).
Initiates peer and gate reviews for the PE part.
Built competences up to expert level on data statistics, Semiconductor processes, communication, English language, reporting, and working in projects, BCAM, yield and data analysis tools.
Requirements
Hard Skills:
Bachelor or Master degree
＞5 year of product engineering experience
Familiar with data analysis statics and C++ program reading
Familiar with IC qualification flow and operations
Soft Skills:
Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
Have customer orientation and quality mindset
Possesses Analytical Skills and ability to apply pragmatic approaches
Communication skills in English
Like Analog ICs development work
