Sr Service Logistics Officer

The Senior Service Logistics Officer Deliver (Export Control ) will work in the supply chain process Deliver for the service parts supply chain of Siemens Healthineers for the Asia Pacific region and has >3 years’ experience in this field.

He will process service part orders from the Siemens regional units in Asia Pacific according to defined processes and work instructions and ensures the timely and correct delivery of service parts to the customer(s), also with regards to the transports that originate from one of the warehouses in Asia Pacific.

He will mainly focus on ECC support, evaluation and coordination overall for CSML AP service logistics business, to ensure compliance of existing processes and legal requirements in the day-to-day work as well as ensure the smooth logistics operations in AP region.

Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the acceptance, logistical and commercial verification of customer orders, considering the country- and customer-specific specifications.
2. Eliminate delivery problems and are responsible for escalation management in Cooperation with internal and external partners.
3. Update latest ECC policies of AP countries, and ensure business compliance and optimization for logistics operation and shipments outside of Germany warehouse, CS ML Singapore warehouse ,China consignment warehouse and China to China business etc.

Requirements：
• >3 years’ experience in respective process. Professional experience in dealing with customers / customer orders - preferable within Siemens Healthineers.
• >3 years’ experience in handling Export control, embargo, and regulatory requirements in the export business
