A career in our high-net-worth client practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. Acting as a strategic personal consultant, you’ll advise clients on their personal tax affairs towards their privately owned companies.
Our team helps individuals and families comply with US Federal and State tax filing rules. You’ll focus on tax policy changes related to tax returns, US tax reporting, tax payments and Internal Revenue Service communications. Depending on your unique skills and ambitions, you could be managing various responsibilities, from tax compliance work, technical analysis and wealth planning on our high-profile individuals/families.

You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities and Skills
· Researching tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies
· Prepare and review tax returns, and other miscellaneous tax forms for the clients
· Draft correspondence with IRS or state taxing authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for the clients
· Building effective long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs to provide a tailored service
· Communicating complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients
· Managing, coaching and developing a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and helping to confirm they have the knowledge, tools and opportunities they need to excel
· Identifying and reacting to risks and opportunities to improve our services and processes
Qualification
· An undergraduate or graduate degree in taxation or accounting, and / or other appropriate academic major
· 0 – 4 years of relevant US tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry. Big 4 experience is preferred
· A thorough understanding of automated tax processing systems (e.g. Gosystem)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
· Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Knowledge on personal wealth and trust planning is a plus
· A US CPA or Enrolled Agent designation is a plus

感觉靠谱
社招，初级岗位，m面大概一个小时，自我介绍，
然后就过去工作经验的项目问了下细节和个人观点，过了两天告知通过了m面，
然后人事联系安排了par面，zoom视频面，早八点半，半个小时，自我介绍，三个词概括自己并证明，case分析，一个大致的未来趋势分析，和一个量化的数据分析，都需要给出推理过程，这个也很常见吧，主要想看你遇到问题后的思考方式和推理逻辑能力，
最后提一个问题，partner解答，结束，刚好半个小时。不知道能不能过，等通知吧。
