Responsibilities and Skills
负责美国税个人税务筹划和税务咨询，熟悉美国税务制度，有个人税务申报和高净值客户对接经验，研究美国税法改革条例，总结核心税改影响，评估客户行业环境及运营情况为其提供个性化税改建议；美国本硕毕业者优先
· Researching tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies
· Prepare and review tax returns, and other miscellaneous tax forms for the clients
· Draft correspondence with IRS or state taxing authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for the clients
· Building effective long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs to provide a tailored service
· Communicating complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients
· Managing, coaching and developing a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and helping to confirm they have the knowledge, tools and opportunities they need to excel
· Identifying and reacting to risks and opportunities to improve our services and processes
Qualification
· An undergraduate or graduate degree in taxation or accounting, and / or other appropriate academic major
· 0-3 years above of relevant US tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry. Big 4 and other firms experience is preferred
· A thorough understanding of automated tax processing systems (e.g. Gosystem)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
· Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Knowledge on personal wealth and trust planning is a plus
· A US CPA or Enrolled Agent designation is a plus

面试普华永道（P的咨询项目管理·上海
感觉靠谱
社招，初级岗位，m面大概一个小时，自我介绍，
然后就过去工作经验的项目问了下细节和个人观点，过了两天告知通过了m面，
然后人事联系安排了par面，zoom视频面，早八点半，半个小时，自我介绍，三个词概括自己并证明，case分析，一个大致的未来趋势分析，和一个量化的数据分析，都需要给出推理过程，这个也很常见吧，主要想看你遇到问题后的思考方式和推理逻辑能力，
最后提一个问题，partner解答，结束，刚好半个小时。不知道能不能过，等通知吧。
