We are currently expanding our ME teams in Shanghai, Jinan, Qingdao and Jiaxing and looking for new colleagues who will join our team.
Your tasks:
Develop and implement the process systems in operation, including PFMEA, MSD, SWS, setup sheet, WI etc.
Specify machine requirements, select machines & fixtures.
Design fixtures and tools by using 3D/2D software.
Maintain the effectiveness of all equipment.
Continuous process improvement activities.
Drive the improvement for production output.
Provide product and process related training to VS members.
Promote safety awareness.
Make mold maintenance plan
Maintain Injection process parameter
Your profile:
Minimum 3-5 years of assembly experience in multinational company.
Hands-on working experience of project planning and installation.
Experience in related manufacturing.
Good command of CAD
Education background of Injection & Mold
Experience of Injection & Caulking & Mold process
