OVERVIEW OF ROLE
As a Senior Manager, you are responsible for leading a team through the execution of full-scale custom market research studies for multiple client accounts. This includes responding to and preparing proposals, consulting on study and questionnaire design and developing issue-focused analyses through regular and ad hoc reporting and/or presentations. You will drive client satisfaction by utilizing your knowledge of Kantar philosophies and your clients' business/industry to anticipate needs and offer pro-active, viable solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CLIENT LEADERSHIP
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services. Acts with customers in mind. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains trust and respect
Supports and upholds Trusted Advisor principles through the anticipation of needs while building a clear understanding of central business questions
Pro-actively identifies and supports actions against clients’ central business issues through consultation, industry knowledge, and analytics
Takes full accountability of client accounts and ensures client research needs are met by providing informative insights & actionable business recommendations
Starts to drive business growth in-line with Kantar’s strategic business and financial objectives
Leads client de-briefings and presentations independently with some involvement in senior level engagements within client organization

Starts to play a key role in Goldstar Project Leadership process: Decide, Discover, Design, Develop, Deliver.
Decide – Build mutually beneficial commercial relationships with clients and take better business decisions
Discover - Develops and supports analytical plan of action to address clients’ central business questions
Design - identify the most effective way to answer the client's business questions
Develop - Explore the most important insights/hypothesis that will guide the client's decision
Deliver- identify the success factors that can be applied consistently to ensure we deliver meaningful work that has maximum impact.
Provides clients value added consulting; looking at trends across projects; integrating Kantar learning, POV’s and other information sources to help clients grow stronger brands in China; collaborates with other Kantar divisions and Solution teams and pro-actively integrates data/insight/POV from across Kantar.

Takes ownership of overall quality and profitability of services provided to clients, with minimal supervision from senior colleagues
Works with Senior Account Leaders with management of overall revenue and profitability targets for clients (involvement in BUD forecasting process)
Takes an active role to manage and develop one or two client accounts with revenue and profitability targets
Improve project profitability by leveraging Kantar agile and automated delivery platforms for time and direct cost efficiency – Make sure all team members appreciate the importance of Kantar platforms and accordingly adopt them
