1、Follow brand standard and mystery call standard to deal with all calls.
按照酒店的品牌标准和神秘访客电话接听准则专业处理电话问询。
2、Besides room products, try to upsell other services or products, such as limo transfer service, F&B products to increase total revenue.
除了客房产品，尝试向客人推荐其他的酒店产品，如接送机、餐饮产品等，以提高整体收入。
3、Provide the most updated hotel information to guests, including room types, room rate, F&B promotion, opening hours of each operational area, etc.
提供给客人酒店产品的最新消息，包括房间类型、客房售价、餐饮部促销、各营业场所开放
时间等。
4、Ensures the accuracy of the reservations received when key into the computer.
确保输入电脑中的预订信息准确性。
5、Advise guests hotel cancellation policy when confirming reservations.
当进行预订确认时，为客人提供酒店取消政策方面的建议。
6、Finish daily work, including making reservations, file orders, reply emails, etc.
完成日常工作，包括录入所有预订，整理订单和回复邮件等等。
7、Communicate with all collegues in a professional and positive manner.
