As a Technical Support Specialist for XGrids, you'll guide and support our clients/partners and sales team through your expert knowledge of our products and solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Manage and support the team through troubleshooting seller inquiries and escalations across our international partner network, and aiding our sales team with their difficulties faced during client visits and live demos.
2.Provide and lead tutorials, technical papers, video training etc.
3.Facilitate high quality seminars to launch new products and give customers routine training.
4.communicate with HQ R&D and product/sales team on XGrids product and product updates.
About You
1.You will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
2.At least 2 years of relevant technical support experience in the GIS industry.
3.Prior experience or majoring in LiDAR, GIS, remote sensing, survey, etc.
4.Experience in operating UAV, VTOL and/or survey tools preferred.
