工作职责
1、策划并跟进国际租车线上活动,探索创新的活动玩法和模式,推出符合调性的活动方案与执行方案,提升站点流量和订单;
2、制定活动细则,完成活动涉及的相关文案、视觉设计DEMO等工作;
3、结合数据,评估及复盘活动各项效果,并在后续活动中持续迭代和改进;
4、深入了解海外市场,发现新的用户增长机会,输出符合当地用户需求并执行可落地方案;
1、Plan and follow up on online campaigns for international car rental to boost traffic and orders;
2、Formulate campaign rules, complete related copywriting and visual design DEMO and other work involved;
Evaluate and review the various results of the campaigns, and continuously iterate and improve in subsequent campaigns;
Deeply understand the overseas market, discover new user growth opportunities, and output implementable plans that meet the needs of local users;
任职资格
1、3年以上互联网平台活动或增长经验;本科以上学历,有品牌出海经验或熟悉亚洲市场优先;
2、具备优秀的资源整合能力,优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力,及出色的项目管理能力;
3、具有较强的数据分析能力、良好的表达能力和沟通技巧,逻辑思维清晰;
4、英文听说读写流利,能够使用英语作为日常工作及沟通语言;
5、小语种能力加分,比如日语,韩语,泰语等。
More than 3 years of experience in growth marketing; bachelor's degree or above; familiarity with the Asian market is preferred;
Outstanding project management capabilities;
Strong data analysis capabilities, good communication skills, and strong logical thinking;
Be able to use English as the daily working and communication language;
Other language skill is a plus, such as Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc.
