总共面试了3大轮。第一轮是网络初面,做了情景模拟题,主要就是模拟遇到很多hectic tasks时,如何prioritize. 面试官教会了我很多注重细节的问题。
第二轮是北京办公室面试,分别面了HR专员,和office team member 以及office head. 大家都比较友好专业,问的是常见的behavioral Qs. Office head is more concerned with DIRECT working experience, which I didn't fully convey because I was hoping to impress them with more independently-run programs.
第三轮是HR head的面试。仍然是基本问题,主要考察value,英文,以及past experience.有点国内民企和外企相结合的氛围。Pro: 创业公司氛围又有正式企业框架,互联网公司的快节奏、高压生活。从前台到面试人员都非常professional. Con: I understand how busy staff can be but it might help with the general company image if communication and responses could be a bit more prompt.
