1. Thispositionistoleadalltheengineeringactivitiesofthecurrentsensorproducts,andtoworkcollaborativelywithinternalteamsofR&D,Operations,QualityAssurance,etc.,aswellwithexternalpartnersandvendorsforwaferprocessing,probing,packaging,testing,andqualification.Thisisatechnicalleadershipposition,alsoateammanager,andaprojectmanager.ReportingtothispositionaretheHW,SW,TE,PE,Package,AE,etc.Aceinnacurrentsensorsarebasedonworld-classadvancedtechnologies,andofsuperlativeperformancewhichiswellrecognizedbythemarket.Thecurrentsensorisacoreproductlineforthecompanywhichisundersustainedinvestments.
2. Leadandberesponsibleforthewaferleveltesting,incollaborationswithR&Dandprocesstechnologydevelopmentteam,waferprocessingvendors,productassemblyandtestingvendors,etc.
3. Leadandberesponsiblefortheproductassemblyandpackaging,flowchartandprocessoptimization,incollaborationswiththeassemblyandpackagingvendors.
4. Leadandberesponsibleforarchitectingandbuildingthetestsystemforfunctionalityandperformanceevaluation,includingbuildingthetestsystemwithtestequipmentandload/DUTboards,codingthetestprogram,acquiringandanalyzingdata,analyzingthemeasurementsystemaccuracyandgaugeR&R(MSA),generatingtestreports,etc.Theseactivitiesarerequiredinproductfeasibilityphase,developmentphase,designverificationphase,andproductionverificationphase.
5. Workcollaborativelywiththeproductiontestvendor(s)todeveloptheproductiontest,includingthetestplan,testspecification,testimplementation,MSA,failingpartsanalysis,etc.
6. Leadandberesponsiblefortheoverallprocessoptimization,costreduction,andyieldimprovement.
