In 1994, we expanded our manufacturing facility to a dedicated chemical zone in Tarapur, MH under the name of Esjay Chemicals for a bulk production. In 1997, we developed almost entire range of Stains, pH Indicators and Lab Reagents under a close observation for consistent quality at par with globally accepted specifications. We explored the potential of these pH Indicators beyond Lab testing, and took the opportunity to offer them to FMCG companies like Hindustan Lever Ltd., the first company to introduce Smart Floor Cleaning solutions to avoid piracy and show innovation by color change.
