诚聘英才： 机加工工程师Process Machining engineerREQUIREMENTS: - BS Mechanical Engineer with 3 to 5 years experience in mechanical system manufacture; - Familiar with machining process、machining tools、equipments and material; have rich experience in operating equipments;- Familiar with basic performance and machining capability of machine tools; rich designing experience in machining process and fixtures; - Have a familiarity and understanding with ISO9001; - Understand English drawings and usual E-mail for discuss technical problem; - Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to work well with others; - Reading and interpreting engineering drawing; - General knowledge of geometric dimension and tolerance; - Machining problem solving; - PC skills: MS Office， SOLIDWORKS， AUTOCAD; 任职资格：1. 本科学历，在机械系统制造有3至5年机加工工艺经验的工程师；2. 熟悉机械零件上机加工流程、机加工工艺手段、设备及原材料，有丰富的设备操作实践经验;3. 了解各种机床的基本性能和加工能力，较深的机械加工工艺和工装夹具的设计经验；4. 熟悉和理解ISO9001；5. 能看懂英文图纸、日常往来技术类英语邮件；6. 良好的口头和书面沟通技巧，良好团队合作能力；7. 阅读和理解工程制图；8. 具备几何尺寸和公差良好知识；9. 处理机械加工过程中的问题；10. 计算机技能：MS Office、SOLIDWORKS， AUTOCAD RESPONSIBILITIES: - Familiar with mechanical manufacturing processes and domestic and international machining standards;- Knowledge of fabrication， machining and mechanical processes including assembly and testing；- Design tools and fixtures， test and verify their accuracy; - Make product operation instructions and train the floor guys; solve the technical and quality problems on site; - Responsible for qualified product release and unqualified product disposal; - Provide supports for developing and implementing machining processes continuously;- Communicate with technical department and present improvement views to solve the design flaws;- Suitable for business trip.
