3. Leadprojectdesignandexecution,givingdesigndirectionstotheprojectteams,controldesignquality.Serveasatechnicaldesignexperttotheproject,butgenerallyworksthroughstafftodevelopandexecutedesign.
4. Beabletoleaddesigninaholisticprocessorientedapproachbasedonacontemporaryinnovativemethodologyfromthevisiontobuildworks.Developdesignplansinresponsetotechnicalproblemsposedbyaproject’sscope.Developsinnovativesolutionstoproblems.
5. Leadprojectsthataremediuminsize:responsibleforfinancialmanagementoftheproject,ensuringkeydeadlinesaremetandthattheprojectstaysonscheduleandstaffareworkingtogethereffectively.
6. Developandmaintainclients,managethepresentationandreportdevelopmentfromclients.Playakeyroleinclientmanagementandkeeppositiveclientfeedbackandsatisfaction.
7. Collaborateandco-workwithotherteamorinternalpartnersviaexcellentcommunicationskill.
8. Mentoryoungdesigners.Work,inspireandmanageadiverseteamofdesignprofessionalsfromaroundtheworldfocusingonstrongcommunicationandteamleadershipabilities.Mayworkwithteamleadersonrecruit,manageandretainkeytalents.
