WebXT (Web Experience Team including Search/Ads/MSN) Data in Microsoft STCA is responsible for developing and operating one of the world’s largest data eco-system.
Responsibilities
o Design and develop key capabilities for our planet-scale data systems
o Build intelligence for hundreds PiB data assets to power Microsoft businesses and industry
o Work with world-class engineer/scientist team on Big Data realtime processing, OLAP/OLTP
o Embrace both Microsoft technology and cutting-edge open source technology (Spark/Kafka/Click House/Kylin, etc.)
Qualifications
o Passion on big data ingestion, processing, data science and analytics
o Solid coding, engineering and analytical skills
o Good problem solving skill, good communication skill, fluent in English (both oral and written)
o Experience in kafka, spark is a big plus

外包岗位：
一面做题，过了。
二面电话了解情况，问了个稍微考察算法的二分查找。
三面视频面试，就往期的经历问的稍微详细了点，
然后又问了个二叉树的路径和的问题。也过了。
四面也是视频面，
最后的题目有点脑筋急转弯的意思。第二天晚上才想到答案。当然是没有过啦！
不过微软的面试让人感觉挺舒服的。面试官会根据你的经历去问你工作中遇到的问题，而不是一套标准的问题重复问。
面试就是根据你的过去去了解下知识水平。
而且面试官聊天都挺舒服的，并不会让人产生不平等的感觉。
