Ensure the BEC and DEC is properly managed to well represent BMW brand and product to customer, create emotional desire for the brand and continuously influencing people to fall in love of our brand and product. Ensure the achievement of traffic, conquests KPI target, community management as well as the cost efficient of the daily operation.
Key Responsibilities
-Well understand the strategic importance and objective of BEC and BDC. Properly transfer it into daily operation and management
-Manage the operation team, outsource agencies and BDC authorized operator to be premium and efficient through well defined responsibilities, well managed welfares and training supports
-Develops and sets targets for operation standard, as well as traffic and conquests KPIs. Monitors the qualitative and quantitative performance of the BEDC
-Proactively work closely with east region and other user department. Fully leverage BEDC resources to support retail and other marketing event/ communication campaign
-Develops and set annual promotion and marketing planning of BEDC with marketing manager together, and ensure the on-site implementation of all the activities
-Motivate operation team and aim at employee satisfaction No. 1
-Ensure the good implementation of all the internal process related to BEC daily operations, including PR/ PO/ purchasing etc.
-Financial management
-Good coordination with SH Expo group and related government functions, surrounding neighbors.
-Ensure the smooth daily operation of BEDC
-Ensure the functioning and experience of the BEC
-Tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or above, MBA is preferred but not a must
-Fluent in English and Chinese
-Be target driven and self motivated, willing to take more responsibility and work proactively
-Optimistic, open minded, passionate with BMW brand and love challenges
-Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
-Understanding of BMW corporate philosophy, brand history and products
-Strong analytical skills, communication and problem-solving skills
-High quality and time measurement awareness during all project phases
-Strong project management skills and ability to manage complexity
-Good presentation skills, be able to represented BEC on be half of BMW
-Management experiences in international exhibition businesses is preferred. With financial knowledge or relevant working experience would be an added value 4-6 Years
-Experience in service industries (hotel) or premium experience retailers (LV, Apple etc.). The brand store management experience in auto industry would be added value 1-3 Years
-Sound project management experience as project leader (including budget control & timeline control) 1-3 Years
-Experience in team leadership 1-3 Years
-Experience in marketing and PR would be addon value 1-3 Years
