· By planning and implementing creative brand and products levels experiential events and platforms to strengthen BMW brand position and ensure that BMW maintains its position as the most respected and desirable automotive brand in China, strongly differentiated from competitors.
Key Responsibilities
· To drive the development of creative concept, planning and execution of all new product and new product line launch events, brand/product image campaign events, motor shows, customer experiences events and cooperate image campaign events
· To compose and implement experiential marketing strategy as integrated part of brand campaign, new product image establishment, product promotion and customer experience enhancement, in cooperation and alignment with marketing strategy, PR and other marketing functional teams
· To plan, manage and coach the team to achieve team and department objectives and targets, as well as to develop team members at different levels to ensure a clear succession planning
· To develop strategic relationships with professional events companies and source new opportunities and innovations
· To establish, improve and refine internal administrative and controlling process to make sure the finance and purchasing process compliance of all projects in charge
· To plan and manage budget in a way to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of resources given
· Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or above degree preferably with marketing and/or communication subjects as majors
· Strong project management competence
· Excellent skill of marketing and budget planning
· Good inter-personal skills
· Very Creative
· Analytical with good planning and organizing skills
· Extreme attention to detail
· Highly motivated, self-starter
· Good personality: friendly, honest, mature and high degree of integrity
· Good leadership
· Chinese and English is an absolute must
· At least 5 years’ experience in the Event area (Ideally automotive industry).
· Otherwise in the Premium-Brand Industry. At least 3 years working experience as a team leader 4-6 Years
