Group Interviews: 1.Warming-up: Watch the first video of Apple store opening near the west lake, and then givecomments. 2.First stage:Group work: 4 Scenarios, prioritize them/give the reasons/ also the solutions to thesesituations. Meanwhile, write everything on board as much as you can. Time pressure:12 min.Ask questions: 2 min, as much questions as you can.Group work again: 5 min, thinking about how to present later. Meanwhile, deal with anotherscenario. Review the points that need to cover.Present: 5min, free presentation.Feedback: talk about how to improve if there is another chance.Feedback: give the feedback of person on your left.3.Second stage:Qestion and individual answer. 3 questions:1. Tell us a time when you need to learn something quickly and how did you do withthat?2. Tell us a time when you have first impression of a person and then realize it’s wrong?3. Tell us a time when some people or some events really frustrate you?4.Third stage:Open questions from interviewees.面试官印象:面带微笑,极具亲和力和感染力,职业:时刻记录着即使面试者在发言;笑脸与严肃脸转换自如;对面试流程很熟悉,节奏把握得当。 备注:让我们多试其他的岗位和职业;激起我们对这个岗位的憧憬和兴趣;会顺带介绍公司的文化和组织架构,充满信心地。 思考:第一部分将案例与讨论形式相结合,重点在考察基础知识与软实力,这个软实力表现为:团队协作的能力,团队中地角色,头脑风暴的能力,临场应变的能力,敏捷思考能力等。第二部分类似座谈会一般,考验的主要是面试者思考和和判断的能力与思维,分析培养潜力和与公司的匹配度。总体而言是由浅至深的。
